Hello, my name is Erin Smith aka Mango. I have been doing nails for 7 years. My true love is natural nail services and hand painted nail art. • I offer a service called a Structured Gel Manicure. It’s similar to a gel mani but with more strength to protect your nail. We create an apex (structure) to your natural nail to help support the length/natural tip of your nails so they can grow long and strong! With a high end Russian Manicure this allows your nails to last 3-4wks! • My goal is to create a safe, welcoming place for you and your nails! I love providing an amazing service for you all but I truly love the relationships that grow while we hold hands. I can’t wait to hold hands! *COZY POLICY* Please come to your appointment with a pair of comfortable socks or slippers to wear in my studio. I will ask you to remove your outdoor shoes at the top of the stairs when you enter. We are spending 1.5+ hrs together, let’s get cozy! *LATE POLICY* Please allow yourself extra time to arrive on time to your appointments. Plan for snow, slow drivers and accidents. If you are 10+ min late I unfortunately I will not have time service you. Your appointment will be cancelled and a fee of the cost of service will be required. I appreciate communication so please let me know if you are running behind for any reason and I will work with you where I can. You can reach me at (402) 990-5924 *CANCELLATION POLICY* I have a 48hr Cancellation Policy- Cancellation with less than 48hrs of your scheduled appointment you will be responsible for 50% of the total service. Cancellation with less than 24hr notice you will be responsible for 100% of total service. - NO SHOW POLICY- If you are a NO SHOW you will be responsible for 100% of the missed service and will be banned from booking. *SICK POLICY* I will be wearing a mask for the entirety of your appointments. If you would like to wear a mask you are welcome but they are not required. Unfortunately I am unable supply masks at this time so please bring your own if you’d like. If you are sick please do not come to your appointment. I would rather get a text at 3am you are not feeling well than 8am. Please do not wait to “see how you feel in the morning.” It’s difficult to try to fill the last min cancellation when not given enough time. If I get sick my business is closed and clients are out a service. During this time of year it is difficult to get a week or two of clients rescheduled. If you arrive to your appointment sick, your appointment will be canceled and charged for the missed service. It is best to contact me as early as possible to avoid any fees for the missed service.
